Autism Therapist (ABA / Instructor Therapist)
About the role
Location: Oakville, Burlington & Milton, ON (Halton Region)
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
Compensation: CAD $30–40/hour (based on experience, education, and certification)

Help every child reach their full potential while making every therapy session smarter than the last.
Responsibilities
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy using individualized behaviour plans. Collect accurate behavioural and skill acquisition data. Implement BCBA/RBA-designed treatment plans. Collaborate with families and the clinical team. Prepare concise session notes using AI-assisted documentation tools. Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Education or related field. Experience working with children with autism preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable transportation within Halton Region. CPR/First Aid and Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain).
