Job Description
Join an established team recognized for its leadership in the energy transition! Whether in the field or in our offices, you will play a crucial role in decarbonizing the building stock. As a RCx and Energy Performance Specialist, you will be a strategic pillar of our implementation team. A passionate professional, you will actively contribute to our company's growth by leveraging your expertise.
Working closely with our design and installation teams, you will be involved at every stage of our processes to ensure optimal delivery of guaranteed savings projects for our clients. You will work on large-scale mandates including major residential buildings, hotel complexes, and senior living facilities.
What you'll accomplish with us

Conduct on-site technical assessments of electromechanical systems

Identify energy-saving opportunities by system type
-
Contribute to the design of integrated energy solutions in accordance with Fusion standards

Support the recommissioning of mechanical systems
-
Prepare commissioning and recommissioning reports
-
Provide post-commissioning follow-up and participate in the optimization of operational sequences

Assist in the development of processes to support company growth

Act as a technical resource for the design team
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Building Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Efficiency, Automation, or equivalent
-
5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role
-
Required: strong and proven knowledge of building mechanical systems (ventilation, air conditioning, heating), particularly in the context of RCx projects
-
Major asset: RCx certification
-
Understanding of building automation systems
-
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively
-
Solution-oriented mindset
-
Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written
