We are looking for a CRM & Loyalty Specialist to join our team!
Reporting to the Director of eCommerce Strategy , you will work on CRM, Loyalty, and Marketing Automation projects to help clients grow digitally. Collaborating with our CRM and eCommerce experts, you will create strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Your mission: Analyze user behavior, design tailored strategies, and boost customer loyalty and retention to drive sustainable growth.
You will be responsible for :
- Developing innovative Strategies: Create high-value strategies for D2C, B2B and B2C clients to optimize customer engagement and loyalty. Maximizing customer engagement with a tailored CRM plan, automation and data driven optimization (e.g. advanced customer database segmentation, Email/SMS strategy, Marketing Automation…).
- Develop CRM & Loyalty Roadmaps in close collaboration with other experts: Create and execute detailed CRM Roadmaps with prioritized initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives across various project and expert teams. (UX/UI, SEO, Developer etc)
- Drive Retention & Loyalty: Enhancing customer lifetime value with strategies that foster loyalty, boost repeat purchases and encourage referrals (e.g. repurchase and cross-selling strategy, loyalty program strategy and roll out…).
- Platform Selection & Management: Help guide clients towards selection of the right CRM, CDP and Loyalty platforms to meet their requirements and martech stack, platform integration, expert campaign support and ongoing monitoring.
- Define specific goals and strategic KPIs: Identify client needs, establish goals, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track, optimize, and exceed expectations.
Requirements :
- Expertise in CRM/Email Marketing and in ecommerce: 2 to 4 years of experience in developing CRM and Email Marketing strategies for businesses operating in B2B, D2C, and B2C environments, with a strong eCommerce component.
- An expert in eCommerce and CRM Best Practices: Well versed in the latest ecommerce and CRM best practices and trends.Strong ability to analyze customer journeys, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and retention as well as, interpret and activate customer data.
- Data-driven mindset : Proven ability to turn data insights into actionable strategies that drive business growth, monitoring KPIs, and delivering measurable ROI.
- Strategy and Planning: Ability to create prioritized CRM/Loyalty roadmaps for success with key business partners measuring outcomes of key initiatives and demonstrating value.
- Communication and Teamwork : ability to work with cross functional and client teams effectively, ability to lead/moderate strategic workshops.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms: Magento, Shopify, Big Commerce and Headless.
- Experience and ability to optimize advanced CDP and Marketing Automation tools: Proficiency with tools like Klaviyo, Bloomreach Engagement , Hubspot, Google Analytics for data analysis.
- Experience with templating engines like Jinja to build dynamic, personalized marketing content (emails, landing pages, etc.)
- Knowledge of loyalty tools: Familiarity with tools and technologies that increase customer retention , such as subscription, loyalty programs, referral programs tools.
- Agility: Relevant experience in agile contexts, particularly within the Scrum framework.
- Proficiency in French - an asset
