Life at Isaac.

This is not a desk job. As a consultant you will be working with all levels of a business from the shop floor to the boardroom on a daily basis. You will be owning and managing your own initiatives and outcomes. Spending your time on the front line with a welder, machine operator or technician will help you fully understand the problems that they face. You’ll roll up your sleeves, run trials, and observe the problems first-hand. This will give you the insight, credibility, and confidence you need to set the direction in the boardroom. Your technical, problem-solving ability will allow you to tackle complex problems, implement change, and ensure improvement is seen on the financial bottom line. We find this approach much more effective and enjoyable than simply writing reports.

We push ourselves, in all aspects of our lives. You will be given a lot of responsibility early on in your career. You will be challenged beyond your comfort zone, but we’ll be there to support you - every step of the way. We value work-life balance, and part of this is a rule that we don’t work on weekends. As of 6pm on Friday, your only job is to make the most of the weekend.

About Isaac Operations

Professional Services
51-200
Founded in 2003

Isaac Operations Limited (formerly Newton North America) works hands-on with organizations in North America and around the world to help them get more out of their operational processes and supply chains. Our people are talented engineers, not management consultants, so we're able to identify issues that limit cost, delivery and quality performance, and then implement practical solutions that rapidly generate measurable, sustainable financial returns – from the ground up.

From our roots in manufacturing, Isaac applies a unique engineering-based approach across a wide range of industry sectors, working in areas as diverse as aerospace, automotive, defence, food & drink and healthcare.

With a track record of delivering 10-50% operational improvement in two to six months without any capital expenditure, we are paid on our performance, not the number of reports we generate.

Isaac is the intelligent way to unlock the potential within your business.
