About the role

Casual Part-Time Opportunity – Spring Season

The Rack is seeking a Seasonal Class 1A Driver to support spring operations through the safe and efficient hauling of Super B loads along a consistent local route to and from the fertilizer plant.

This temporary part-time position plays an important role in ensuring timely product movement and smooth operational flow during the busy spring season. Opportunities may also be available for extended seasonal work through additional operational support duties.

Position Responsibilities

  • Safely load, transport, and unload Super B trailers
  • Haul product along a consistent route to and from the fertilizer plant
  • Ensure timely delivery to support efficient operations
  • Follow all company safety policies and transportation regulations
  • Complete required inspections and documentation accurately
  • Maintain clean, professional operation of assigned equipment

Additional opportunities may include:

  • Customer deliveries
  • Fertilizer plant operations
  • Chemical shed support
  • Other seasonal operational duties

Qualifications

  • Valid Class 1A Driver's Licence
  • Experience hauling Super B trailers preferred
  • Strong commitment to safety and equipment care
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced seasonal environment
  • Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Must live in or close to the community of Naicam SK

What You Can Expect

  • Temporary part-time work throughout May
  • Typical 6–10 hour workdays
  • Consistent local hauling routes
  • Opportunity for extended full-time seasonal work (approximately 6–8 weeks)
  • Opportunity to gain additional experience across retail operations
