Job Description We are currently seeking a dynamic Associate Manager for a long-term operational role in our Digital Identity (IAM) team, with extensive experience in the following:

Overseeing Identity Management, Credential Management, Access Management, Federation, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).

Familiarity with the following tools is strongly suggested: AppViewX, Globalsign, ADCS.
-
Coordinating with global teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
-
Serving as the primary point of contact for clients regarding IAM services, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
-
Implementing strategies to enhance service offerings and operational efficiency. Although no two days at Accenture are the same, your duties as an IAM Associate Manager in MSS will likely include:
-
Working directly with clients and Accenture teams in a multi-disciplined team structure, supporting clients’ IAM application and infrastructure stack as a go-to subject matter expert.

Supporting the development and update of User Access Profiles and RBAC models for new and existing assets
-
Identifying opportunities to optimize operations through automation and identifying other areas of improvements.
-
Developing deep working relationships with leads across the client account team.
-
Partner with Security Leads, Business Stakeholders, Service Desk Leads, Infrastructure Teams, and Enterprise Architects to determine and define the technical architecture required to implement and support the Service
-
Implementing automation/innovation opportunities to improve efficiency and bring value addition to the client
-
Establishing performance goals and priorities and managing performance
-
Assist in conducting audit processes, ensuring compliance with relevant security standards and regulations, while proactively addressing and fulfilling any audit requirements that arise.

Diligently ensuring that all service level agreements (SLAs) are met and rigorously performing access controls is critical to maintaining optimal security and operational standards. Qualifications:
-
Must have, or be eligible for, reliability clearance from the Canadian government.
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IAM operations, specifically with Active Directory and Entra ID.
-
Proficiency in Certificate Management and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
-
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and IAM toolsets.
-
Experience with CyberArk PAM Infrastructure Management.
-
Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and coordinating with offshore units.
-
Excellent client-facing and communication abilities.
-
Business and technical understanding of Identity Governance and Administration processes and interactions with supporting processes and technologies
-
Proficiency in managing and understanding both cloud-based and on-premises infrastructures, encompassing aspects like server configurations, network setups, storage solutions, and security protocols.
-
Deep knowledge of controlling and monitoring user access to applications, including setting up roles, permissions, and authentication methods, as well as understanding the implications these have on security and functionality.

Awareness of the complexities and risks inherent in multi-tenant environments, such as data isolation and privacy concerns, and the ability to implement strategies to mitigate these risks.

Skill in managing a variety of tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment, while maintaining focus and delivering results.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities, essential for interacting effectively with clients and stakeholders, and the capability to build and maintain positive working relationships.

Preferred qualifications include certifications that demonstrate expertise in identity and access management, like SC-900, SC-300, SC-400.

Experience in IT audit processes, with an understanding of audit methodologies, compliance standards, and risk management in IT, enhancing effectiveness in areas concerning security and regulatory compliance. Desired Skills:
