Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $96.82 – $105.06 per visit.

Support patients where it matters most — at home. As a Dietitian in our Integrated Care Program, you’ll play a key role in recovery by providing nutrition support during the transition from hospital to home. What you will need to be successful

  • You are registered as a member in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
  • Familiarity with tube feeds would be considered an asset
  • Your focus is to embrace person and family-centered care
  • You are passionate, empathetic, use good judgement and apply critical thinking when making client decisions
  • You are known for your excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaboration within an interdisciplinary team as well as work independently
  • You value the role a dietitian plays in keeping clients at home when that is of personal importance
  • You have the ability to travel within community as part of the CBI Health Home Health Services team
  • Your bilingual language skills in English and French are an asset
