Purpose:

Ensure quality control, timely construction, and completion of homes.

Key Objectives:

• Perform general labourer duties including, but not limited to, sweeping, lifting and digging
• Perform basic carpentry and other tasks as required, to assist with the timely completion of homes
• Completion of quality control standards by completing checklists on a timely basis
• Providing support to the warranty team when required
• Maintain and enforce site cleanliness with trade partners
• Participate in warranty home visits when required
• Adhere to and enforce the company’s safety policies and procedures
• Other duties and responsibilities assigned

Skill Requirements:

• Experience in the residential home building industry
• Current 3-year drivers abstract
• Driven, focused and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of building codes and construction methods
• Comfortable using basic hand tool and power tools
• Ability to manage a heavy workload and operate efficiently
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
