We are currently seeking a Day Shift Quality Control Technician
To support our growth, we are looking for a Quality Control Technician whose primary responsibility will be to support the Quality team.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure product quality from raw materials to finished goods according to established standards, and follow up on any non‑conformities
Perform monitoring and verifications related to the HACCP and SQF programs
Conduct environmental surface testing (SWABS) on equipment
Calibrate equipment (scales, thermometers, refractometers)
Ensure compliance with PGQ requirements (Fish Products Quality Management Program)
Desired Profile
The selected candidate will have the following qualifications:
DEC in Dietetic Techniques, Food Processing, or any other relevant training
Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role
Comfortable with computers (Windows environment)
Able to work in a cold and humid environment

**Schedule:**Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
**Employment type:**Full‑time, Permanent
