Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing guidance and directing them to appropriate resources.
- Accurately process customer phone orders in a fast-paced environment.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to update customer records, promote sales, and solicit donations for our annual fundraiser.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, email processing, sign production, and participation in special projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized Call Centre workspace.
Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is essential.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable managing a large volume of outbound sales calls.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
