About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join us in this exciting role to deliver comprehensive Occupational Therapy services across diverse clinical areas and settings, including outreach and virtual care.
As The Occupational Therapist, You Will Be Responsible For
Conduct patient-centred assessments, goal setting, treatment planning, intervention, education, and clinical care using evidence-based practice Assess, diagnose, and manage clients within scope of practice to promote functional outcomes and wellbeing Monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness, adjusting care plans in collaboration with senior clinicians as required Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes and support safe, timely discharge planning Provide education and support to patients, families, carers, Allied Health Assistants, and other healthcare professionals Work independently while seeking supervision appropriately to ensure safe, high-quality care

Our Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Experience delivering patient-centred, evidence-based Occupational Therapy services across a variety of clinical areas. Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities effectively. Sound problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess situations, prioritise tasks, and develop practical solutions. A commitment to professional development, evidence-based practice, and continuous improvement.
