- Minimum 60 months of demonstrated experience in IM/IT, as a business analyst role for a health information solution
Note: A health information solution uses health information technology (HIT) to collect, store, manage, and share health data to improve patient outcomes and support decision-making
Common examples include Electronic Health Records (EHRs) for comprehensive patient data, Health Information Exchange (HIE) to connect different healthcare organizations, and patient portals for patient access to their own records
- Minimum of 12 months of demonstrated experience in the assessment of a health information solution that is required to comply with one (1) or more Canadian Federal or Provincial Legislation
- Minimum of 12 months of demonstrated experience documenting business requirements for information systems, which must include all of the following activities:
Requirements Identification
Requirements Development
Requirements Analysis
- Minimum 12 months of continuous demonstrated experience on one project evaluating and documenting Business and IT impacts for a health information system
