About the Job:

**Position:**Senior Sales Manager-Quebec

**Location:**Province of Québec (Greater Montréal Area)
**Territory:**Western Montréal, Island of Montréal, North Shore, and the Maritime Provinces. This role requires the successful candidate to be located in the Montréal area to support the assigned territory.
**Work Arrangement:**Hybrid (remote work combined with frequent travel)

Position Summary:

Reporting directly to senior management, the Senior Sales Manager – Québec will serve as the strategic lead for territorial development within Québec. The incumbent shall bear full responsibility for revenue growth, brand positioning, and the cultivation of key business relationships with engineering consulting firms, major contractors, distributors, and strategic partners.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy and demands demonstrated strategic vision, execution capability, and technical expertise within the HVAC sector.

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Sales Manager – Québec shall:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for the Québec territory.
  • Identify, secure, and expand major accounts and strategic projects.
  • Position Rosenberg solutions with engineering consulting firms and key decision-makers.
  • Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with distributors and contractors.
  • Design and execute market penetration and sector expansion strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver technical solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including engineering, operations, and service teams, to ensure operational excellence and superior client experience.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on market trends and competitive activity.
  • Achieve and exceed established sales and profitability objectives.
  • Represent the Company at industry events, trade shows, and professional forums.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of three (3) years demonstrated experience in technical HVAC sales, with verifiable performance achievements.
  • Experience in the sale of industrial or electrical technical solutions.
  • Established professional network within the Québec ecosystem (engineering consultants, contractors, distribution channels).
  • Proven ability to independently manage and develop a defined sales territory.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a results-oriented approach.
  • Advanced negotiation and business development skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Language Requirements:

  • French: Mandatory (advanced proficiency, oral and written).
  • English: Required (professional bilingual proficiency).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base annual salary commencing at CAD $80,000, commensurate with experience.
