Job Description

Reporting to the Store Inventory and Assortment Planning Manager, you will be the expert responsible for optimizing inventory management by balancing the breadth and depth of assortments using the Pulse and DPR tools.

You have a thorough knowledge of NAPA’s technical and commercial systems, as well as the specific characteristics of the Canadian markets. You will collaborate with regional teams, store managers, independent owners, and leaders to define and drive the inventory strategy tailored to the realities on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage recommendations from specialized software for planning assortment breadth and depth across all stores under your responsibility.

  • Work closely with field teams, store managers, and leadership to develop strategies tailored to each individual store.

  • Provide precise recommendations regarding product returns in accordance with the established strategy.

  • Analyze the financial results of initiatives and share your findings with the relevant teams.

  • Stay informed about corporate strategies and results to better support the stores.

Qualifications

  • Degree in supply chain management, business, mathematics, or a related field.

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in supply chain management, demand planning, or purchasing.

  • Excellent proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written. You will regularly collaborate with internal clients across Canada.
