We are soon celebrating our 50th anniversary in the field of custom kitchens and countertops, and we enthusiastically welcome the opening of two new factories, among the most automated in North America. In this exciting phase of expansion, we are looking for a Director of Human Capital to drive this momentum and ensure the development of each initiative.

Your main missions as the director of human capital at Miralis will include:

• Act as an HR expert in the company, particularly with the operational management team, and support managers and team members on a daily basis;

• Implement talent recruitment and retention initiatives in collaboration with the Human Capital Coordinator;

• Manage immigration files for team members;

• Proactively maintain working relationships;

• Manage grievance settlements;

• Ensure the application of the collective agreement and prepare for its renewal;

• Focus on internal equity, remuneration strategies, and job management;

• Establish performance evaluation methods;

• Analyze HR indicators and generate reports for management;

• Conduct necessary medical-administrative follow-ups in collaboration with an external firm.

Position requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or industrial relations;

• Over 7 years of experience in a similar position;

• Experience in a unionized work environment;

• Knowledge of the manufacturing sector (an asset);

• Proficiency in the Office suite.
