Position Overview:
The Sr. Endpoint Administrator manages workstation and mobile device deployments, ensuring optimal functionality and security. This role manages endpoint security and vulnerability assessments, collaborates with Cybersecurity and IT Operations, serves as an escalation point for complex endpoint issues, and contributes to cross-functional projects to enhance the organization’s IT infrastructure.
What You'll Do:
Endpoint Administration

Demonstrate proficiency in Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems, including design, implementation, and ongoing management of Endpoint management programs (E.g., BYOD, etc.) and devices.

Define, configure and maintain policies, standard operating procedures, and best-practices for endpoint security and device management across various operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).

Regularly review and update endpoint management policies and profiles, ensuring alignment with security compliance requirements for protecting corporate information and devices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective endpoint management, provide expert-level (L2) support for issues, and coordinate with stakeholders on platform maintenance, disaster recovery, and software release management.

Communicate Mobile Device Management (MDM) system capabilities, limitations, platform differences, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences with clarity using strong verbal and written communication skills.
Vulnerability Management

Demonstrate proficiency in vulnerability management by implementing a comprehensive, risk-based approach that encompasses the entire vulnerability lifecycle.

Define, configure and maintain policies, standard operating procedures and best practices for vulnerability management and remediation based on risk, severity and impact.

Monitor for new BIOS updates, assess their importance, plan and execute upgrades across the organization's devices, ensure compatibility with existing systems, address security vulnerabilities in older versions, and continuously improve overall system security.

Regularly review and update vulnerability scans and assessments, while tracking remediation progress.

Ensure timely completion of vulnerability remediation, participate in vulnerability management reporting/tracking and provide regular updates to senior management on vulnerability status, remediation and compliance.

A post-secondary education in Information technology
-
Microsoft A+, Network+, MS-102, MD-101, M365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT), and JAMF certifications are considered an asset

5+ years IT related experience and managing endpoints (Apple & Windows), mobile and IOT devices
-
SME in mobile device management and Intune, or similar
-
Knowledge in endpoint vulnerability management and M365 administration
-
Attention to detail / collaborative / team player/ proactive
-
Onsite 3days (QQ based) per week
-
On call / after house support
Working Conditions:
- Work on site 2 - 3 days per week

Salary Range:
$73,000.00 - $100,000.00 / year
