Responsibilities -

Conduct thorough consultations to assess patient needs, answer questions, and develop personalized treatment plans with appropriate homecare recommendations.

Perform aesthetic treatments in accordance with established protocols and maintain accurate, detailed clinical documentation (including photos and charting).

Assist the physician during procedures by preparing rooms, instruments, and materials; supporting patients before, during, and after treatments; and documenting clinical notes.

Provide post-treatment care, follow-ups, and manage patient communications, including addressing questions and tracking recovery progress.

Promote client retention through pre-booking, follow-ups, and high standards of customer care.

Manage daily schedule flow, including appointment coordination, rescheduling, delays, and communication with patients and the physician.

Ensure treatment rooms are properly prepared, cleaned between patients, and fully stocked; monitor and verify inventory and orders.

Perform clinical support tasks such as medication preparation (e.g., for sclerotherapy), assisting with minor excisions, and managing complex pathology-related charting.

Maintain and update protocols, track post-treatment clients, and prepare consultation and sales-related statistics for management.

Participate in ongoing training and maintain up-to-date knowledge of treatments, techniques, and products.
Qualifications -
- Diploma of College Studies in Nursing and hold the license of LPN.
- At least three (3) years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent communicate skills.
- Demonstrate a client centered approach.
- Demonstrate team spirit and collaboration.
- Demonstrate initiative and autonomy.
- Ability to respect work procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English is essential for this position, as all communication with clients and colleagues is conducted exclusively in English.
