Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Operate and maintain the Mixer truck efficiently. Ensure the quality and consistency of mixed materials. Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. What Are We Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check. Valid class 1 or class 3 license is required Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
