The Co-Founder will collaborate on defining the company vision, business strategy, and product direction, and will be actively involved in key decisions across operations, finance, and growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, shaping go-to-market plans, and building relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders. The Co-Founder will also support fundraising activities, contribute to hiring and team development, and help establish processes and metrics to guide performance. This role requires a hands-on approach, willingness to assume multiple responsibilities, and the ability to work closely with other founders to drive sustainable growth. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate opportunities, and support strategic and financial decision-making. Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas, collaborating with team members, and engaging with external stakeholders. Sales experience to develop customer relationships, lead negotiations, and contribute to revenue generation. Marketing skills to design and implement go-to-market strategies, build brand awareness, and support demand generation. Research skills to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, informing product and business decisions. Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in startups or early-stage ventures, with the ability to take initiative and manage ambiguity. Comfort working on-site in Montreal, QC and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Background in business, technology, or related fields; entrepreneurial or founding experience is highly beneficial. Commitment to inclusive, ethical business practices and a long-term vision for organizational growth.
