Our warehouse teams are the backbone of ROBINSON operations. As an Afternoon Warehouse Team Lead, you will ensure smooth and continuous workflow between day and afternoon shifts while helping to support daily operations, special projects, inventory management, and warehouse organization. This role is essential for maintaining a safe, productive, and efficient warehouse environment.
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced leader who can keep operations running seamlessly and inspire a team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
What You Will Do
- Create a safe, efficient, and productive work environment through mentoring, coaching, and supporting your team.
- Lead by example, fostering high standards, teamwork, and a positive, collaborative culture.
- Be a part of the coordination of workflow and communication between day and afternoon shifts to ensure continuous operations.
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including picking, packing, staging shipments, receiving deliveries, and preparing trucks for next-day departures.
- Ensure the completion of replenishment, stock rotation, and consolidation of product.
- Drive branch success by handling late deliveries, implementing continuous improvements, and maintaining a clean, organized, and well-equipped warehouse.
About You
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Team Lead or Supervisor in a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Comfortable lifting heavy objects and working on your feet for extended periods.
- Proficient with Inventory Management Systems, including RF Guns and Microsoft Outlook.
- You are able to work Monday to Friday 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
