Website & Content Administrator
The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Website & Content Administrator to manage the design, maintenance, and ongoing updates of our corporate and brand websites. This role is responsible for ensuring the websites are visually engaging, user-friendly, on-brand, and up to date with the latest content, features, and technology. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and experience with content management systems.
In This Role You Will:
- Maintain, update, and improve the corporate websites to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and IT teams to publish new content and landing pages.
- Design and implement visually compelling web layouts and graphics that align with brand standards.
- Monitor and optimize website performance, including load speed, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and overall UX.
- Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business goals and product launches. Identify and troubleshoot website issues, broken links, outdated content, and bugs.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools to inform continuous improvements.
- Support SEO best practices, including meta tags, page structure, and keyword integration.
- Assist with managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms and product listings.
- Contribute to A/B testing initiatives and user experience enhancements to drive engagement and conversions.
- Stay up to date on evolving web technologies, CMS platforms, design standards, and digital trends.
What You Need:
- Degree or diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience designing and maintaining corporate and brand websites.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with content and product management systems (ex. Drupal, Plytix, or similar).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, and basic web performance tools.
- Working knowledge of AI tools (ex. Copilot) to support design and development workflows.
- Experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, Canva, and other design tools is considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
Preferred:
- Experience applying SEO strategies to improve search rankings, drive traffic, and enhance user engagement.
