Our Revenue Enablement team is seeking an Associate Enablement Program Manager, Operations Administrator who will be the backbone of our enablement technology ecosystem, ensuring our platforms, processes, and data are running smoothly so that our go-to-market teams can focus on delivering results. You will manage the day-to-day administration of enablement tools, support program execution, and provide operational insights to help us continuously improve our enablement initiatives.

How you’ll make a difference: Platform Administration & Maintenance
- Assist in the management and maintenance of enablement platforms (Highspot LMS and CMS).
- Oversee user provisioning, permissions, and access controls.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with vendors for resolution.
- Ensure courses and content libraries are structured, searchable, and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Revenue teams to ensure seller resources are properly tagged, updated, and accessible.
Operational Support
- Work with operations to maintain program tracking dashboards and performance metrics.
- Assist in the creation and upkeep of standard operating procedures for enablement processes.
- Recommend and assist with process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- Assist in evaluating new tools or features to enhance the enablement tech stack.
- Support the rollout of enablement programs such as onboarding, training, and sales play execution as needed
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Generate and distribute regular usage, engagement, and performance reports.
- Analyze data to identify trends, adoption gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain alignment between enablement operations and broader GTM initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights to the Enablement team and leadership.
The Experience You Bring :
- Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in sales operations, enablement operations, or related administrative/technical role.
- Platform Administration: Proven track record in administering sales enablement platforms and LMS/CMS tools (Highspot experience preferred).
- Tool Expertise: Proficient in Salesforce, Gong, Excel/Google sheets, PowerBI, Asana, and other productivity tools with ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Data-Driven: Ability to interpret sales performance data, tool usage metrics, and operational KPIs to guide decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional facilitation and storytelling abilities, especially when explaining tool ROI and process changes to executive stakeholders.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple initiatives across global teams.
- Self- Starter: Proactive, and capable of working independently to drive projects to completion.
- Adaptable and Collaborative: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing ambiguity with confidence. Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
