Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :
$119,935 - $162,265Expertise enabling Agile practices rewarded
Lead a team responsible for successfully educating partners across FCC about Agile practices and for implementing these practices across the organization. You’ll help the team enable software delivery effectiveness through solid Agile practices and principles, Scrum methodologies, solution design framework, consultation and training.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain high performing, engaged and empowered team
- Mentor, coach and manage team performance, helping team members achieve their objectives, improve their skills and grow their careers
- Ensure priorities are understood and well communicated to the team
- Work with stakeholders to understand and remove barriers to organizational delivery
- Work with stakeholders to assess their understanding of Agile practices and build tactics to grow their skills and knowledge
- Ensure formal Agile training programs are available and accessible for stakeholders
- Ensure consistency in how Scrum ceremonies are conducted across delivery teams

- Strong communicator able to make complex concepts easy to understand at all levels of the organization

- Experienced business professional with sound judgment
What you’ll need
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or business administration and at least eight years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- In-depth understanding of Agile practices and Scrum ceremonies
- Record of success using Agile methodologies
- Experience in a leadership role influencing how other teams work (Agile, Scrum or other industry recognized delivery methodologies)
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
