How You'll Make An Impact We're looking for a self‑starter who thrives in a team environment and wants to make a tangible impact on how FCC’s lending teams serve customers.
In this role, you’ll support and enhance FCC’s Relationship Management Process (RMP), a core component of our sales strategy. You’ll help strengthen sales execution by enabling lending staff, improving processes and tools, and supporting initiatives that drive lead generation and portfolio management.
This is a hands-on analyst and coordination role for a fast-paced strategy team. You’ll work closely with internal partners, contribute to continuous improvement, and help ensure our sales processes are clear, usable, and consistently executed across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Support the ongoing delivery and evolution of the Relationship Management Process
- Help manage portfolio transitions, lead triaging and other core RMP activities
- Maintain and enhance RMP tools and resources, including the RMP handbook and intranet content
- Analyze data and operational information to support reporting, insights and continuous improvement
- Prepare materials that help the team assess process effectiveness and adoption
- Help execute communication and change initiatives led by the RMP team
What You’ll Need Required qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in agriculture, business or commerce
- Minimum of two years of related ag finance, sales, lending or relationship management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting lending staff or sales teams
- Familiarity with process improvement, change initiatives or sales enablement
- Experience preparing presentations, training materials or operational documentation
- Familiarity with relationship management frameworks or operational processes
