As an Automotive Lot Attendant & Photographer**, you’ll play a key role in both the** organization of our dealership lot and the presentation of our vehicles**. From keeping the lot clean and organized to capturing high-quality photos of our inventory, your work will directly impact the first impression we make with every customer both in person and online.**

What You’ll Do:

• Verify serial numbers against invoices when new vehicles arrive

• Inspect vehicles for damage and confirm accessories are present

• Document and report damages or missing items

• Assign stock numbers, catalog, and store vehicle keys

• Park and stage vehicles in assigned areas for display and photography

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of inventory for online listings

• Wash, detail, and prepare vehicles to ensure they look their best before photos and customer deliveries

• Assist sales and service teams by moving vehicles, bringing cars to customers, and helping locate inventory

• Keep the lot clean, organized, and safe for customers and staff year-round

• Transport customers, parts, or paperwork as needed

• Perform other duties assigned by Sales or Service Managers to keep the dealership running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to safely maneuver vehicles of all sizes

• Photography and basic photo-editing skills (experience with DSLR, smartphone photography, or editing software is an asset)

• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
