Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of methodology and practices of UX qualitative and quantitative research.
- Work with cross-functional team members to define and prioritize research questions and develop UX metrics.
- Conduct empirical research to identify and extract meaningful patterns of user behavior.
- Generate user experience insights that will help drive product improvements.
- Assist with user interviews, journey mapping, and research synthesis.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with UX research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze and integrate user feedback and research findings.
