About the role

Are you an organized individual with a background in project management, coordination, or post production? Great Pacific Media is seeking a Post Production Coordinator to support our Post Team on season 2 of Rocky Mountain Wreckers! Reporting to the Post Production Supervisor, this role will help keep post production on track by managing schedules, tracking assets, coordinating communication between departments, and ensuring deadlines are met.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Organize media shipments arriving from Production crew.
  • Ensure media ingest process is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Act as a liaison between Post Production and other departments to ensure clear, effective communication and seamless workflows.
  • Work with the Assistant Editor team to prioritize tasks and follow up on status and completion of projects.
  • Help Post Production Supervisor with administrative tasks and Post Production paperwork.
  • Ensure quality control and completion of audiovisual outputs by Assistant Editor team and distribute as required.
  • Assist with the creation of final broadcaster deliverables and coordinate shipping, receiving and distribution of deliverables from outside vendors and artists such as transcriptions, visual effects team, music, sound mixing, and online department.
  • Aid in tracking the progress of series Post Production.
  • Schedule Post Production crew meetings and daily sessions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • An understanding of Post Production processes and workflow
  • An understanding of G Suite, Microsoft Excel and Monday.com
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organization skills, time management skills and an ability to work within tight deadlines
  • The ability to take initiative and problem solve
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in a project management or coordinating role within a creative industry is an asset for this role
  • Previous experience in Post Production is an asset for this role
  • An understanding of basic animation workflows is an asset for this role
  • Currently legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Must be able to work in-house in our Burnaby office.

START DATE: JANUARY 2026 WAGE RANGE: $1350-$1500 per week based on experience INTERESTED?
