Position Title: Administrator Care and Services

Position Summary
The Administrator Care and Services provide strategic leadership and oversight to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality care and operational excellence across all programs and services. This position requires strong administrative expertise, proven leadership skills, and the ability to guide and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a healthcare setting. The Administrator Care and Services is also responsible for maintaining compliance with organizational policies, professional standards, and all relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive a patient-centered, forward-facing approach by establishing policies, systems, and oversight practices that ensure care delivery remains responsive, compassionate, and aligned with the needs of patients and families.
- Provide leadership and oversight to care teams, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop, implement, and monitor administrative processes to improve effectiveness and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements, quality assurance standards, and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Oversee reporting, budgeting, and resource allocation within assigned areas.
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of care staff.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a key point of communication between leadership and care teams, ensuring clear and timely dissemination of information.
- Promote safe, ethical, and inclusive practices aligned with human rights and equity principles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a medical or health-related discipline (e.g., Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or other recognized professional program).
- Membership in the corresponding professional regulatory body or association in good standing is required.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership or administrative experience in a healthcare or care-focused setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, standards, and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and operations effectively.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
