About the role

Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

Working closely with stakeholders across Sales, Product, & Operations, you will help enable the successful execution of UEAT Phase 3 migration and ensuring merchant onboarding readiness. You will evaluate system performance and lead the design of sustainable process improvements through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on driving revenue, productivity, and cost efficiency.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto or Montreal office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Director - Product, Sales & Operations Platforms.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

  • Lead process readiness and gap analysis to support UEAT Phase 3 migration.
  • Drive operational efficiency and reduce manual effort in merchant onboarding.
  • Translate business needs into scalable process improvements.
  • Support documentation and training for new workflows and tools to ensure smooth adoption and operational continuity.
  • Implement and lead reporting improvements from frontline teams to leadership, contributing to the continuous improvement plan.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product and Operations teams to gather input, align departmental needs, and ensure proposed solutions are optimal and do not disrupt parallel processes.
  • Develop a quality assurance culture across departments to ensure problem resolution is sustainable.

Your Moneris Career - What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 7 years experience working in a process improvement, program management or relevant role.
  • Experience in process mapping and optimization, especially in digital onboarding and sales workflows.
  • Familiarity with platform integrations (e.g., UEAT, OMS, ServiceNow) and API-driven environments.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities to identify process gaps and measure improvements.
  • Proven ability in change management and stakeholder engagement across technical and business teams.
  • Agile delivery experience, including working with Product Owners, Analysts, and Developers.
  • Lean Six Sigma green belt certification or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in 5S, Value stream mapping, A3 process, kaizen methodology.
  • Bilingual English & French is a strong asset
