Salary Range $28.00-$32.00/hr

Position Overview
The Operations Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of organizational operations. This position oversees day-to-day administrative, staffing, and programmatic functions to ensure compliance with organizational standards and service excellence. The Operations Manager works closely with senior leadership to manage performance, develop procedures, and maintain alignment with the organization’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple program areas, ensuring consistent adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Supervise and support operations staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, and coverage to ensure program and service needs are met.
- Coordinate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to program performance, incidents, and operational compliance.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and internal reviews.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement operational best practices.
- Support budgeting and financial tracking for operational activities.
- Collaborate with leadership to manage organizational priorities, crisis responses, and client needs as they arise.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Human Services, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership or management experience, in a social services or residential care setting.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with scheduling and reporting systems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
