Oxford is seeking a motivated Analyst to join our Valuations & Analytics team. This group is responsible for real estate valuations, portfolio and property performance analysis, and risk assessment across all markets where Oxford invests. As an Analyst, you will play a key role in building and maintaining valuation models, supporting asset management decisions, and contributing to Oxford’s global investment strategy.

This position offers broad exposure to valuation and analytics across Oxford’s international real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and update property valuation models primarily using Argus Enterprise.
  • Participate in annual creation of Argus models aligned with new operating budgets, and review consolidated NOI and portfolio values.
  • Update quarterly valuation models with leasing activity, market assumptions, and other relevant inputs.
  • Conduct analysis to support asset management and real estate management teams in evaluating the impact of leasing and capital investment decisions on property values.
  • Assist in internal and external appraisal processes.
  • Collaborate with asset managers, accountants, leasing, and property management teams to gather data for valuation updates.
  • Perform market and economic research, analyze trends, and integrate insights into valuation assumptions.
  • Maintain and enhance Oxford’s valuation trend database across Canada, the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or advanced degree in Commerce, Finance, Real Estate, or Urban Planning.
  • 0–2 years of full-time work experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling required).
  • Enrollment in or interest in pursuing a professional designation (AACI, CFA, CPA, or CBV) is preferred.
  • Experience in real estate, appraisal, asset management, or professional real estate advisory is an asset.
  • Familiarity with ARGUS Enterprise is considered a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of data visualization or business intelligence tools is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Valid passport and flexibility for occasional international travel.
