The successful candidate will be working onsite Monday through Friday from 7:30am - 4:00pm at our Meadowvale Toyota location. This is a full-time position with an immediate vacancy.

• Education in accounting and finance would be an asset

Main Responsibilities

This entry level position as a Junior Automotive Deals Administrator, you will support the Accounting Team process vehicle deals, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Training will be provided. This includes but is not limited to:

• Accurately process vehicle sales deals from start to finish
• Verify all documents for accuracy and compliance
• Liaise with the sales team for additional or missing documents
• Complete sales deposits
• Accurately filing completed sales files
