- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our TA team
- This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment, learn the ins and outs of talent acquisition, and support the hiring of top talent across the business, including future intern cohorts
- This is a full-time, 8-month internship starting on January 5, 2026
- Assist in screening candidates for open roles using Lever (our ATS)
- Help coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support TA Partners with pipeline management, candidate follow-ups, and scheduling
- Draft job descriptions, post roles, and help maintain our careers page
- Assist with recruiting reports and documentation (e.g., tracking candidate stages or metrics)
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including social media or campus outreach
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HR team
- Support intern hiring initiatives, including coordination, outreach, and process logistics
