If this describes you, then you could be a Science North Visitor Experience Agent! This role, within in the Onsite Sales area, is responsible for maximizing sales opportunities, ensuring operational excellence, and for offering outstanding customer service to each visitor they encounter at our world-renowned science centre.

You will apply your professional sales and service experience to lead daily operations of the front of house.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing school, group and bus tour bookings
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create impactful visitor communication
  • Coordinating of large groups and daily itineraries
  • Creating invoices, processing payments
  • Ensuring proper communication to organization through reporting and email correspondence
  • Assessing sales and performance results against targets
  • Facilitating cross-selling and promotion of Science North products to drive business
  • Supervising front of house visitor-facing staff
  • Managing visitor needs, complaints and general inquiries
  • Assisting with daily operational needs; selling tickets, memberships and answering phones

You will utilize a host of key skills to maximize sales, perform service recovery and coach staff to excellence.

  • Fluency in English and French

Compensation Highlights:
