Position: We are seeking a Casino Affiliates Manager to recruit, manage, and grow a portfolio of affiliate partners driving player acquisition for GGPoker Casino.
Work from the office required.
This role sits at the intersection of business development and relationship management. You'll spend part of your time hunting for new affiliate opportunities across review sites, streaming platforms, and content creators, and the rest of your time deepening relationships with the partners already in your portfolio. You'll negotiate deal structures, keep affiliates supplied with the creatives and campaign support they need to perform, and constantly look for ways to scale your top earners while fixing or cutting the ones that aren't pulling their weight.
This is a numbers-driven, relationship-first role where your portfolio's growth depends as much on how well you read performance data as on how well you negotiate and build trust with partners. You will work across GGPoker Casino's affiliate network, tracking everything from FTDs and revenue share to traffic quality and compliance, while representing the brand at industry events and conferences to keep the pipeline of new partners full.
Duties and Responsibilities: Research and identify new affiliate opportunities across review sites, streaming platforms, social media, and content creators. Develop outreach strategies to recruit affiliates aligned with the brand's target audience, and qualify new applicants against brand and compliance standards. Serve as the day to day point of contact for an assigned portfolio of affiliates, providing ongoing support, creatives, and campaign briefs. Negotiation and management of CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid commission structures tailored to each partner. Analyze affiliate performance to identify growth opportunities, optimize campaigns, and improve conversion rates. Scale top-performing affiliates while flagging underperformers for action plans. Monitor affiliate activity, traffic quality, and revenue using affiliate tracking platforms, flagging compliance or fraud issues promptly. Prepare regular performance reports tracking KPIs including new registrations, FTDs, revenue share, and ROI. Attend industry conferences and networking events to source new partnerships.
Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in affiliate management within the online casino or iGaming industry Some track record of recruiting affiliates or supporting affiliate program growth Strong understanding of CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid commission models Experience using affiliate tracking platforms such as Income Access, NetRefer, Cellxpert, or similar Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a willingness to develop negotiation skills on the job Knowledge of or willingness to learn compliance and responsible gambling regulations across markets such as Ontario and the UK Organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities at once Self-motivated, results-oriented, and commercially minded Fluency in additional languages (Spanish, French, or other European languages) is a strong asset, given the global, multi-jurisdiction client base Comfortable working flexible hours across international time zones
Profile Differentiators: A natural networker who treats affiliate recruitment like sales, not admin, and isn't afraid to cold-pitch the right partner Reads performance data fast and turns it into a clear next move, not just a report Eager to grow into bigger negotiating responsibility rather than staying comfortable with the basics Comfortable flagging a low-quality affiliate even when the portfolio is thin Curious about where the industry is headed, from new content formats to emerging affiliate channels Organized enough to manage a growing portfolio without anything falling through the cracks
Compensation: Annual salary and promotion review Max 50% bonus per annum Flexible benefits Commute coverage Endless snacks and beverages
