About the role

15 months temporary

Connectivity encompasses the creation of mobile applications and the integration of the digital experience with BRP recreational vehicles, as well as the intelligent use of collected data. Your role will be to propose innovative concepts that add value for our customers, dealers, and internal teams. Your mission: to establish, enrich, and manage the connected customer experience holistically through various initiatives to ensure a consistent and seamless customer journey.

As Team Leader, Strategy for the Connectivity & Application Development team, and reporting to the department head, you will be responsible for the overall connected customer journey: from creating and managing a consistent customer experience across multiple projects to collaborating with product managers and designers to solve customer requirements through user research and data analysis to identify potential opportunities.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Develop and manage the user experience strategy.

Ensure consistency in the connected experience of the BRP ecosystem from the customer's perspective.

Manage the strategic portfolio and issue prioritization recommendations to governance bodies.

Lead project definitions in the initial phase.

Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and create alignment.

Conduct quantitative, qualitative, and competitive research with the support of the strategist.

Unify diverse experiences from multiple projects into a comprehensive and consistent customer journey.

Align delivery teams with the customer experience requirements you define.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

More than 7 years of experience in digital or connected experiences, including 2-3 years in a leadership role.

Proven experience in digital product strategy and connected ecosystems (mobile applications, IoT, data).

Recognized leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and aligning stakeholders.

Ability to transform user research and data into consistent and differentiating customer experiences.

Strong communication, influencing, and GTM support skills (training, launches, key messages).

Ability to produce marketing messages in French and English with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or unilingual English speakers on a daily basis
