Job Description
Department, Unit or Project Description:
Focuses on translating business requirements into clear workable documentation and reports. Analyzing supplier spend data trends for cost saving opportunities. Supporting RFx developments. Work independently with clear directions under deadlines per assignment.
Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing and delivering high‑quality technical and operational documentation by translating business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables aligned with departmental objectives. Analyzes existing data to identify trends and provide informed recommendations, while reviewing and refining documentation and templates to ensure clarity, consistency, and completeness. Draft RFx under supervision, as required.
Accountabilities:
- Provide various administrative support functions to the department.
- Compile and synthesize program related data.
- Update content on various communication platforms.
- Conduct directed research to update and improve upon various aspects of the program.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 6 months of related experience.
Assets:
*Strong technical and operational writing skills. With the ability to produce clear and accurate documents.**Excellent attention to detail to synthesize information from multiple sources into concise and meaningful outputs.*Ability to communicate complex information clearly both verbal and written.
Additional Information:
*Ability to work independently.**Proficiency with Microsoft Office (word, excel and PowerPoint).**Strong organizational and time management skills.*Discretion in handling sensitive information.
