We are currently recruiting a full-time Employee Care Administrator based out of Calgary, Edmonton or Winnipeg.

What does the Employee Care Administrator do?
You will use your strong teamwork and communication skills as well as your knowledge of a unionized/regulated work environment to:
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with front line management
- Providing expert advice/counsel to ensure compliance and promote positive employee relations and inquires
- Support the Labour Relations Advisors in applying the collective agreement, proactively addressing potential labour relations issues and resolving grievances in a timely manner
- Maintain employee electronic files to ensure compliance for internal and external audits
- Work closely with Health and Safety, People and Culture, Training and operations to support accommodation and return to work processes
- Maintain accurate records and trackers to support metrics in the Labour Relations department
- Complete administrative tasks, including status employment changes in an efficient and timely matter
- Support and administer rewards and recognition programs
- Other duties as assigned
What you bring to PASS:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Post-secondary education in a related filed or combined with professional experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated diplomacy, tact and ability to work with confidential information
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Must be able to obtain a Transport Security Clearance and Federal Secret Clearance
