YOUR IMPACT

As a Program Manager in OpenText’s WW Sales Organization, you’ll play a key role in driving strategic initiatives that fuel growth across multiple business units. You’ll partner closely with senior sales leaders and global support functions to deliver cross-functional programs, shape executive-level presentations, and oversee the quarterly business cadence. Your ability to translate strategy into action, monitor KPIs, and ensure on-time delivery will make you a trusted partner and driver of measurable results.

• Ownership of strategic sales initiatives, including execution, reporting, and delivery of results

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• 7+ years of program and project management experience, ideally with a top-tier management consulting background
• Strong ownership mindset with a history of delivering exceptional-quality results
• Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, multinational, matrix-based organizations
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, including experience engaging C-level executives
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.com
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; understanding of enterprise software Go-to-Market strategy is a plus
• Adaptability to global collaboration, including flexibility with non-traditional working hours
• Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with a “work out loud” approach and openness to feedback
