About the role
Project Manager
North York $30-33ph (Fulltime opportunity)
We're looking for an intermediate level Project Manager to oversee multiple building restoration projects, specializing in building envelope systems and concrete repair.
What you'll do
Manage 2–3 restoration projects from planning through completion. Oversee schedules, budgets, site operations, quality, and safety. Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients. Conduct site visits, manage project documentation, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
What we're looking for
2+ years of Project Management experience in building restoration or construction. Experience with building envelope, cladding, sealants, or concrete restoration is a strong asset. Ability to read construction drawings and technical specifications. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites.
