As the eCommerce Sample Coordinator, you will contribute to Laura’s success by coordinating studio samples for both Laura and Melanie Lyne brands. You will manage the tracking, cataloguing and archiving of merchandise samples for daily eCommerce photo shoots, for both on-figure and flat photography shoots. This role is crucial in ensuring that our studio operations run smoothly and efficiently. The eCommerce Sample Coordinator will also support the Photo Studio Manager on any additional ad hoc projects as needed.
How will you support the team?
- Receive and manage all brands’ samples for daily eCommerce shoots, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow and inform Photo Studio Manager on shoot needs.
- Organize and prepare samples for the styling teams prior to shoots and ensure their return to studio inventory post-photography.
- Act as point of contact for product merchandisers.
- Hang and label samples clearly for easy identification by studio styling teams.
- Gather and prepare samples for On-Figure Product (OFP) dressers and still life stylists for upcoming shoots.
- Assist in managing the number of eCommerce shots (Shop the look) and look to maximize studio time and meet content production deadlines.
- Conduct weekly audits of sample set dates and run reports to track shot and pending items and monitor the flow of samples through the studio.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking products through various stages of the shooting process, ensuring efficient movement and accurate accounting.
- Support studio teams with workflow projects and processes changes to enhance operational efficiency.
