About the role
What is the opportunity? The Lead Connectivity Product Manager within RBC Capital Markets US Cash Management team will responsible for Integration product management, development efforts and working closely with the squad and external partners.
What will you do?
- Partners closely with other product groups such as strategy, design and go to market to drive forward product areas
- Defines and drives a vision for Cash Management Integration products that meaningfully impacts client experience and business growth
- Acts as the voice of the user in product and Integration design, gathering direct feedback from customers on our future H2H, SWIFT, and API Capabilities.
- Effectively manages and communicate product vision, strategy, measurement/reporting, prioritization and backlog
- Leads integration product development collaborating with an engineering scrum team
- Partners closely with cross-functional stakeholder teams; payments, accounts, onboarding, sales, and GTM to effectively drive forward and support product areas
- Leads a team of Product managers crossing all connectivity products and the day to day activities.
What do you need to succeed?
- Experience managing digital, fintech and SaaS products
- Demonstrated experience working with APIs and understanding of RESTful concepts and JSON
- Demonstrated experience working with H2H files and Swift capabilities and integrations into portal.
- Strong stakeholder management; experience navigating difficult situations, negotiating timelines, and influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Technical expertise - excited about getting into the details and equally excited about user experience with integration onboarding.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders
- A "can do" attitude
- Be able to adjust quickly to changes
- Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
- Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
- Strong understanding of Corporate Banking and/or Transaction Banking
- Experience with Digital banking or Transaction Banking
- Digital Payments, B2B Payments, ACH, RTP, SWIFT, ISO 20022
- Working knowledge of TMS/ERP integration

The expected salary for this particular position is $125,000- $190,000 depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
