Job Description

AIMis currently seeking aLoader Operatorfor itsMontréal‑Estsite, working aFriday‑to‑Sundayschedule from**5:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours.**You will be responsible for loading and handling various materials using heavy equipment, as well as weighing incoming and outgoing materials in the yard.

What you’re responsible for :

• Operate a loader safely and efficiently;

• Load and unload raw materials in the different departments;

• Complete and provide weight reports to the relevant personnel;

• Notify the supervisor of any material non-conformities;

• Inspect machinery at the beginning and end of the shift;

• Feed the production line;

• Ensure machinery is functioning properly and report any anomalies to your immediate supervisor;

• Complete a daily activity report;

• Perform any other related tasks.

Qualifications

To join our team :

• You have a DEP in heavy machinery or 1 to 3 years of experience operating a heavy equipment.

• You have a valid Class 5 driver’s license.

• You are conscientious about health and safety.

• You have the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

• You have good communication skills.

• You are able to work effectively as part of a team.

• You have knowledge of metals (asset).

Work Environment :

• Willingness to work in adusty and noisy industrial environment, sometimes outdoors and exposed tovarying temperatures. -Physically demanding tasks.
