ORBCOMM’s Engineering organization is seeking a driven and collaborative Engineering Change Analyst to support the release of new products and the sustainment of existing ones. You’ll be a key partner to Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams—ensuring engineering changes are processed accurately, product lifecycles are maintained, and systems remain audit-ready.
This role offers hands-on ownership, cross-functional exposure, and the opportunity to influence how products move from design to production and beyond.

What You’ll Do
- Process day-to-day Engineering Changes, including ECRs, ECOs, and ECNs
- Triage and manage Product Change Notices
- Maintain and govern Product Lifecycle statuses within the PLM system
- Provide Engineeringdocumentationsupport for new product releases and sustaining products
- Triage off-the-shelf components that arediscontinuedor approaching end of life
- Maintainaccurateproduct structures, documentation, and lifecycle data
- Train and support new Agile PLM users
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure changes areproperly reviewed, approved, and implemented
Who You Are You’re an organized, proactive team player who brings structure to complexity and enjoys enabling others through strong processes. If you have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with PLM systems such as Agile, Propel, Oracle Cloud, or similar platforms
- Experience supporting design and/or manufacturing of electronic products
- A Mechanical or Electrical Technologist college degree (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management and Product Change Notices
- Working knowledge of MCAD and ECAD tools
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
- A continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to support daily tasks and productivity.
- Commitment to continuous learning in digital and AI literacy.
