About the role
As a champion of the employee experience, the HR Coordinator (HRC) provides HR administrative support to the organization in the areas of Organizational Effectiveness, Workforce Planning and Talent Management, Learning and Development, Health Safety and Wellness, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, and HR Metrics and Reporting in a global, shared-services context. The HRC will interface with members of the HR team, employees, and external stakeholders and will support other special projects/duties as assigned
Organizational Effectiveness
Maintain position descriptions in compliance with QA requirements
Conduct research for internal HR projects and assignments
Contribute to and support the development and delivery of HR communications
Provide Support to HR Generalists and/or Manager, Human Resources with the design, administration, analysis and reporting of employee engagement and other surveys
Assist with preparation and maintenance of new and existing policies and procedures
Workforce Planning and Talent Management
Coordinate and administer the onboarding and offboarding processes
Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team with reference, background and pre-employment verification checks, as needed
Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team with identifying passive and active candidates globally for assigned positions, as needed
Support the Talent Acquisition team with career events, as required
Learning and Development
Collect, record and maintain training records in compliance with QA requirements
Assist in the preparation and execution of new employee orientation sessions
Provide support to the coordination of L&D programs
Employee Relations
Oversee the intake and assignment of HR inquires to team members via the HR Webform
Respond to general inquiries with a customer service focus
Write Confirmation of Employment Letters for employees as requested
Provide support to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives for the organization
Total Rewards
Administration of group benefits/pension programs including enrolments, vendor interactions, and troubleshooting
Host pension and benefits meetings and respond to inquiries
Administer the Recognition and Service Award programs
Provide support to the Total Rewards and Data Specialist in the creation of total rewards statements, compensation spreadsheets and creating HR data reports
HR Metrics and Reporting
Provide ad-hoc support for HR and QA audits
Process and ensure accuracy of changes to employee information in the HRIS
Professional Practice
Act with integrity and balance the interest of all parties in carrying out HR activities; Model ethical practices for staff
Adhere to HR legal requirements in carrying out all HR activities; keep current on changes to the laws that govern HR practices
Maintain awareness of broad economic, societal, technological, political, global, and demographic trends; Evaluate the credibility of sources of information
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a formal co-op program with your educational institution
Ability to commute to London office if needed
Ability to work September through December
