About the role
- 5+ years Business Analyst experience in enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with Master Data Management (MDM) implementations
- Experience with STIBO STEP platform OR similar MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, Reltio, etc.)
- Strong Data Management systems experience (enterprise data initiatives)
- Experience defining and implementing Data Governance frameworks
- Background in Data Modeling (logical & conceptual models)
- Experience with Data Quality rules, validation, and remediation processes
- Integration experience between MDM platforms and ERP/CRM systems
- Retail industry experience (product, customer, or supplier master data)
- Strong requirements gathering, BRD/FRD documentation, stakeholder workshop facilitation
