Your Opportunity
BDO Canada is seeking an experienced NetSuite Delivery Manager, located anywhere in Canada, to lead NetSuite ERP implementation projects from initiation through to successful deployment. In this role, you'll manage project teams, deliver strategic guidance, and oversee critical operational workstreams, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage NetSuite ERP implementation projects and project teams, coordinating cross-functional, technical and client teams to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
- Conduct comprehensive business process assessments and requirement gathering with clients.
- Design and present future-state process documentation and strategic solution plans.
- Lead the configuration of customized NetSuite ERP systems based on unique client requirements.
- Leverage industry best practices and deep ERP knowledge to address complex operational challenges.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to junior consultants and contribute to the team's professional development.
- Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients by consistently delivering outstanding results.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite, either in implementation or in an end-user environment.
- Proven ability to effectively manage NetSuite project teams, create projects plans, allocate resources, manage project risk and issues, and drive projects to completion
- Strong expertise in ERP implementation strategies and business process optimization.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills.
Preferred:
- Solid understanding of core NetSuite functional areas such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report.
- Experience with technical components of NetSuite implementations such as SuiteScripting and Custom Integrations
- Experience with commonly use middleware technologies such as Celigo, Boomi or Informatica
- Experience implementing NetSuite’s Advanced modules. Proficiency in creating and managing operational and management-level reporting.
