Roles and Responsibilities
- Maximize visibility of our brands through shelf placement, signage, and display execution.
- Execute planograms and product rotations to ensure optimal stock levels and visual appeal.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance and address any merchandising challenges.
- Track and report merchandising activity, including promotional efforts and administrative tasks.
- Represent Concord National’s values and culture with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Who You Are:
- You have2+ years of merchandising or retail experience.
- You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and take initiative without needing to be micromanaged.
- You enjoy building relationships and take pride in providing top-notch service.
- You're tech-comfortable, with basic proficiency in tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Travel Requirements
- You'll spend around85% of your time on the road, 15% home office visiting stores in your assigned territory (no overnight travel required).
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift up to20 lbsand stay active on your feet for upto 5 hoursat a time.
- Frequent bending, lifting, and moving of displays or product.
