When joining our team:
- You will participate in the daily operations as a chef;
- You will hire, train and coach your brigade;
- You will be responsible for the kitchen activity and production line forecasts and analysis;
- You will be responsible for a healthy management of costs and losses related to your kitchen operations;
- You will make sure to enforce the applicable hygiene and food safety regulations.

About La Cage Brasserie Sportive
Groupe Sportscene est un pionnier et un leader dans le créneau de la restauration d'ambiance au Québec où il exploite depuis 1984 le réseau de restaurants La Cage – Brasserie sportive (« La Cage »), concept axé sur l'esprit sportif et une offre de restauration fraîche de provenance locale. Jouissant d'une forte image de marque, La Cage est implantée à la grandeur de la province et regroupe présentement 43 établissements. Sportscene poursuit la diversification de son offre de restauration par son partenariat dans les restaurants déjeuner L'Avenue, son exploitation du steakhouse Moishes, l'implantation du concept À Domicile, les restaurants de cuisine asiatique P.F.
