Job Summary Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and regulatory compliance. Maintain budgeting, forecasting, and internal control processes to ensure accurate financial information. Number of Positions 1 Main Duties Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts, monitor variances, and recommend corrective actions. Design, implement, and monitor internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain general ledger integrity. Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries. Collaborate with departments to provide financial guidance, cost analysis, and project evaluations. Requirements Post-secondary diploma or degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, or related accounting roles. Proficiency with accounting software and enterprise resource planning systems. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and pivot tables. Working knowledge of Canadian accounting standards and regulatory reporting requirements. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and ability to meet deadlines.
